Meet the Family Behind Oasis Property Services
We are Todd and Kim Bell, proud owners of Oasis Property Services. We’ve been married for 36 years and are blessed with two amazing children and six wonderful grandchildren. Since our family all lives in Central Oregon, we’re fortunate to spend lots of quality time together. We enjoy fishing, camping, and exploring the great outdoors in our RV. Kim especially loves planning family holidays, cooking, and bringing everyone together.
Our family business began in 2016 when Todd started his professional carpet cleaning and maintenance company. Kim spent six years working for a national vacation rental management company, gaining valuable experience and a passion for the industry. Two years after leaving that position, we combined our experience and expanded our family business into vacation rental management, rebranding as Oasis Property Services.
Today, we proudly manage vacation rental properties throughout Central Oregon and the Wallowa Lake area. As a family-owned business, we believe in building personal relationships, taking pride in the homes we care for, and treating every property as if it were our own.
At Oasis Property Services, we don’t just manage properties — we maintain them, too
